It’s the new 2016 Chevrolet Malibu Hybrid. Yes, Hybrid.

Once again, we here at the Q were fortunate enough to be allowed to help Chevrolet promote public awareness on the all-new 2016 Chevrolet Malibu Hybrid, which hit the stage at the New York Auto Show this week. (Totally not an April Fool’s Day joke). The animation and images are being hosted for download from GM’s media website, as well as the animation embeded below:

Helping to “Energize” the Public on the Re-designed Chevrolet Volt!

Once again, General Motors was nice enough to give us the opportunity to design and animate a technical story to demonstrate the new Voltec propulsion system in the 2016 Chevrolet Volt. The entire system has been given a technical makeover “from the feet up”! The result is a lighter, faster, more efficient vehicle that can travel back in time! GREAT SCOTT! (Okay, maybe I stretched it on the last part…)

Along with the animation, we provided a series of technical art stills which will be used to publicize the vehicle updates in magazines and on the web. Check out the Fox News article here.

You know, for kids! The GMC Canyon Safety Reveal

Recently, we were given the opportunity to design and animate a quick story to demonstrate the new jump seat extension included in the 2015 GMC Canyon Extended-cab due out later this year. The headrest cushion pops out and becomes a seat extension for a child restraint seat. So now you can safely haul around precious cargo in both your truck bed and your backseat!

The 2014 Chevrolet Malibu got a facelift, and we helped!

Recently we finished a project for General Motors Communications that explained the many excellent updates that have been added to the 2014 Chevrolet Malibu. (Stop/start as a standard feature is awesome!). The presentation image we developed contained some of the major internal and mechanical features that have been revamped (see image).
